| I work with a wide variety of processes in my photographs and I have used a variety of traditional darkroom processes and also inkjet printing technologies. I take great care to print my photographs and create my artworks with materials that are archival. What does that mean? It means that the materials have stood the test of time and proven their long-term stability or that extensive independent testing has been conducted on the materials if they are newer technologies. The primary organization that conducts independent research on photographic materials is the Wilhelm Research group. I encourage collectors of my work and photography in general to spend some time learning about the archival qualities of various photographic materials on this website. |
