You are invited to my solo exhibit, The Ecological Surreal, at Tower Hill Botanical Garden in Boylston, Massachusetts (http://www.towerhillbg.org/) where I am exhibiting selected works from the Otherworldly Visions series and the Seldom Seen series. The exhibit will open on June 29th and continue through July 31st. You are invited to drop into the artist’s reception on July 8th from 6pm-8:30. This night only the garden will waive the admission fee so that this event is free and open to the public. If you decide to take some art home with you, 40% of the proceeds will support this nonprofit garden, which is a wonderful educational, cultural and recreational regional resource. On July 31st I will be giving a Seeing Photographs workshop from 12pm-3pm where participants can learn to make their own best photographs while enjoying an afternoon at the garden. Participation in the workshop requires a contribution of $20 (non-members) or $15 (members), which includes the admission fee to the garden all day and the artist talk afterwards. The workshop is limited to 20 participants and advance registration is required for the workshop. The registration deadline is July 24th. To register, contact the education department of Tower Hill by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 508-869-6111 (extension 124). The workshop will be followed by an artist talk from 3:30pm- 4:00pm (July 31) at the gallery. Attendance to the artist talk only requires the general admission fee of $10 to the garden. Directions and other information can be found on the Tower Hill Botanical Garden’s website. |
